Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot receive a 100% full refund. Custom fondant or multi-tier cakes require 24 hours cancellation notice. In the rare event of transit damage, share a photo on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement bake or full refund.
